What is your returns policy?

We hope that you find your perfect match on Sourcerie, but we understand that sometimes things might not be quite right. If you’re unhappy with your order, or simply changed your mind, you can send it back to us. We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. We only accept returns on unopened products. Unfortunately, we're only able to offer free returns if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect in some way.

How can I arrange a return?

To arrange your return, please get in touch with us at [email protected] with your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We’ll then send you a return label. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer free returns for all orders. For now, we can only cover the cost if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect in some way.

Please send your return within 14 days of submitting a return request. Our recommendation is that you send your product with tracked delivery, and keep your proof of postage – just in case anything goes missing. Please ensure the returned products are unopened and, if possible, in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll refund your order as soon as our supplier(s) have received it and deemed it in good condition. Your refund will take between 8-10 working days, and we’ll email you when your refund has been processed.

Have you received my return?

As soon as your returned items have been received and deemed to be in resellable condition by our supplier, we’ll be notified of the return. We will then contact you by email to let you know that your return has been received, and your refund has been processed. Your refund will take between 8-10 working days.

If you would like to know exactly when your return is received by our supplier, we’d recommend sending your return with tracked delivery.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not encourage exchanges, since we are a marketplace that works with a wide variety of different suppliers. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return your item by following the standard returns procedure, and place a new order for your replacement item through sourcerie.co.
