In order to help us resolve this with our suppliers, please also send over photos of the part(s) of your order which are damaged and the packaging it came in.

I have only received part of my order. What should I do?

Sourcerie is a marketplace that works with lots of different suppliers, allowing you to get your entire routine in one personalised destination. If you’ve ordered products from a variety of different brands, it is likely that your order will be split into multiple packages with separate deliveries. These deliveries may arrive at varying times.

Your order should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. If your order is taking longer than this, please get in touch with us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and let us know which part(s) of your order are yet to arrive. We’ll look into your order for you and update you.
