I’m having trouble signing into my account - what should I do?

There could be a few different reasons why you’re having issues signing into your Sourcerie account. Here’s a couple of things you can try to sign in:

  1. Make sure you’re using the correct login details. Your login email is usually the email where you’ve received emails from us previously.
  2. Reset your password. You can do this by heading our login page here, entering your email address, then clicking ‘Set New Password’. Once you’ve done that, try logging in again.
