I’m having trouble signing into my account - what should I do?
There could be a few different reasons why you’re having issues signing into your Sourcerie account. Here’s a couple of things you can try to sign in:
- Make sure you’re using the correct login details. Your login email is usually the email where you’ve received emails from us previously.
- Reset your password. You can do this by heading our login page here, entering your email address, then clicking ‘Set New Password’. Once you’ve done that, try logging in again.
